We *only* use Yelp to *read* reviews. We don't post reviews, comments, etc. I've read that Yelp might block some fake reviewers and such. Is my IP address being blocked for some reason? How do I get it unblocked? I've already emailed their support a week ago, but so far, there's no response, and I get the feeling I shouldn't hold my breath.

Yelp may have some quality reviews, but its no where close enough to save them from the repercussions of their mob-like tactics and the end is near for yelp. Google is a much more effective and proven successful even if you dont pay them a penny.
But for yelp the discrepancy is much larger in many cases, I have seem restaurants getting 4.9 on google with more than 6000 reviews and then on yelp they get 3.8-3.5 based on 30 reviews wtf ?
The current reviews shown on the default “Yelp Sort” we have right now are good and are afraid that after we stop using Yelp Ads, more negative reviews will be pushed up on the page.
