Are you using Outlook for mac or Outlook on the web? Is the font size normal and displays much smaller than it should or is the sender using a tiny font? Hold command key and click the + (plus sign) to zoom on a message and the minus sign to zoom out. In Outlook on the web - use pinch and pull to zoom just the message body.

I just updated Outlook 2016 for Mac to version 16.20, and now Webex Productivity Tools will not work with Outlook.
