"I used to write a 5-star review in 2022 and removed it after three months, because I genuinely believed this institution, despite many flaws, had good intentions and was trying to support students. Unfortunately, after spending more time here, I've realized that most of the so-called support is just empty words. They say they care, they say they're here to help but in practice, it's superficial at best.\nThe systems are confusing, staff can be dismissive, and getting meaningful assistance feels like pulling teeth. It's frustrating to see the student services are more about appearance than actual care."

"I attended a conference at Simmons, and the campus had a typical college feel with tall concrete buildings. The event was held in the Main Campus Building, which has multiple floors to accommodate large number of people.\n\nOne of my favorite things was the abundance of restrooms on each floor, and they were clean! I also appreciated the spacious seating area near the student aid office. It was quiet and comfortable, making it a great spot to get work done during down time."

"I have been criticized n the job. Now it's my turn to criticize northeastern university, I did not get what I needed at northeastern. I sat in the back solving engineering problems but I never learned to speak up for myself. I wish I was on a debate team or something where I learned to speak up for myself without being passive- aggressive"
