"If there was a way to give zero stars, I would have. This is the only public transportation in the city, and the drivers take advantage of that. They are rude and dismissive. They will literally see you run up to the bus and drive away while looking straight in your face. If you are thinking that you'll call and get some sort of helpful response, think again. No matter how horrible drivers' behavior, dispatch will "take a report" which goes absolutely nowhere. Meanwhile, you're late or completely miss out on what it was that you needed to do. If you have no choice but to take Citilink, I recommend you leave at least 10 minutes before their trip planner says you should."
